Property Management
With private and corporate clients are increasingly demanding.
Professionally Managed Properties
Our cost effective service is fully comprehensive to give you total peace of mind. Our tailor made property management is an essential part of our letting service. We look after over 150 properties throughout Pembrokeshire. After finding you a tenant, we take care of them and you, throughout the tenancy. That includes everything from collecting rent and handling all administration.
We also constantly vet local tradesmen, services and suppliers and only use companies providing the very best workmanship and value on behalf of our clients.
Processing the property
Once confirmation of instructions have been received, the property will be marketed throughout our five show rooms, advertised in the local paper and mailed out on our computerised database of potential tenants.
Compliance with safety regulations
As a landlord, you have an obligation to ensure that your property complies with all the necessary regulations covering the safety of gas appliances, electrical installations and any furnishings supplied for the tenancy. We can advise you on this and arrange the necessary inspections.
On the market
We reach a massive audience to give your property maximum exposure.
Viewings
Viewings can be conducted by appointment between 9.00am and 5.00pm and until 7.00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are open until 4.00pm on Saturdays and by arrangement on Sundays and other evenings at your convenience.
Proceeding with a suitable tenant
We have hundreds of quality tenants registered with us at any time. Once a suitable tenant has been found, we will apply for references on your behalf. If a tenant proves to be acceptable, we will then proceed to the stage.
Tenancy agreement
We will draw up the relevant paperwork forming an agreement which is signed by both parties.
Inventory
An inventory of the contents and condition of the property is usually produced prior to commencement of the tenancy. This will be supplied to both landlord and tenant.
Rent and deposit
Frank B Mason will collect the rent on your behalf and a deposit from the tenant is held.
Completion
For a long let, letters are sent out transferring the utilities into the name of your tenant and keys are handed over. Congratulations, your property is now let!
